The pair had met while Kelly was promoting one of her films and the prince proposed in less than a year.
Paris Hilton’s been engaged multiple times, but only recently tied the knot with Carter Reum. Even so, it was her former fiancé Chris Zylka that got her the most expensive ring. When they got engaged in 2018, he got her a pear-cut, giant diamond ring for $2 million. They split up a couple of months later. The one Reum gave Hilton was only $1 million.

Not only has she made her own fortune on the court, but has also managed to find a wealthy husband in the form Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. He asked her to marry him in 2016, proposing with a 12 carat ring that cost around $2 million. She said yes and they’ve been married since 2017.

Technically, Taylor and Burton had married four years prior to his purchase of the Krupp diamond. Even so, it’s still called her “engagement” ring.
Mariah Carey started dating Australian businessman James Packer in 2015. And by 2016, he was already ready to pop the question. He gave her a 35-carat ring worth $10 million. Unfortunately, Packer and Carey never actually tied the knot. Which is a real shame, considering how expensive it was.
