Flight Attendant Delivers Hilarious Looney Tunes Safety Announcement
Have you heard this Southwest attendant's "looney" safety instructions?
If you’re a frequent traveler, you probably pay little to no attention to the routine in-flight announcements made by flight attendants.
On a Sep. 1 flight into Chicago, Buffalo-based Southwest Airlines flight attendant Zach Haumesser, who also happens to be a puppeteer and voice-over actor, decided to add a little color to the boilerplate “buckle your seatbelts” routine. Haumesser called on help from a whole slew of Looney Tunes characters, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety Bird and Elmer Fudd, and caught the attention not only of his passengers, but of almost 5 million viewers on YouTube after the fact. Now be vewwy vewwy quiet and click the video to watch:
Haumesser has a large repertoire of characters. Check out his demo reel:
This isn’t the first time a Southwest attendant left passengers with a smile on their faces. This video featuring a flight attendant’s funny take on safety instructions has also had almost 5 million views since it was posted!
