This Kind Man Helped A Pregnant Mom Soothe Her Crying Toddler On An Airplane

Having a crying baby on board a flight is no fun—for anyone involved. It's not like the parents want their child to be screaming and crying at 30,000 feet.

So, when a pregnant woman boarded a flight with her toddler son, she was in for one heck of a ride. Sure enough, her son started to get fussy. But, surprisingly, a stranger offered to help her out.

Apparently, he was a dad himself. He offered to do what he could to help calm her son. Another passenger was moved by the mans actions. So, she captured this sweet moment with a photo.

Angela Byrd posted the photo to Facebook. "He told her that he was a dad," she wrote in the caption. "He wanted to help her so she could rest."

After offering to help, "He walked the aisle most of the flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta comforting this woman's son as if he was his own,"  according to Byrd.

"I was in tears . . . because it showed me today that there are still good people out there in a world full of turmoil," she wrote.

Considering the flight was from Minneapolis to Atlanta, it was no small thing the man did by walking around with the child for nearly the entire time. And I'm sure the mother was more than grateful for a restful flight, all thanks to a stranger.

Such a kind deed—and a reminder to all of us to be more understanding (and maybe even helpful) the next time we're on a flight with a crying baby.
